www.sunumbrellas.in is a web page owned by M/s Sun Umbrella Private Limited. The products sold on this website are subject to the terms and conditions laid out hereunder. Please read the following trade terms before using this website. Any user’s use of this website shall be deemed to have been done after acceptance of the understated terms & conditions.

Delivery:

Dispatch intimation shall be sent to the customer within 24hrs of payment. Under normal transport conditions, goods will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the payment date to any shipping address in India. For delivery outside India, delivery time may vary from anywhere between 10 days to a month.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will be as indicated on the product page and on the invoice.

Returns Policy:

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase (in absence of any manufacturing defect), goods can be returned by the customer (at his/her expense) within 3 days of the ‘date of receipt’ and the amount paid for the umbrella will be refunded in full. However, such returned goods will be accepted and monies refunded only if the goods returned are in unused and salable condition with the product labels preserved. The company shall reserve the right to determine the saleable nature of the goods. The date on which the return goods have been booked by the customer with a reputed courier company shall be called the ‘return date’. Such ‘return date’ must fall within 3 days of the ‘date of receipt’. The company shall refund in full the amount paid by the customer within 3 business days of ‘date of returns receipt’ of the returned goods.

All electronic correspondence for returned goods can be made out to the following email address: info@sunumbrellas.in. Our office hours are from 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.

Goods will be taken back in case of any manufacturing defect within the first 6 months of purchase only. Usage/user defects will not constitute manufacturing defect and the company shall reserve the right to determine the nature of defect. For goods with manufacturing defect, replacement/repair will be carried out free of charge. For all other types of defects, repair services will be on chargeable basis.

Exchange Policy:

In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase, goods can be exchanged within 3 days of the ‘date of receipt’. However, such exchange goods will be changed for new goods only if the goods returned are in unused and salable condition with the product labels preserved. The company shall reserve the right to determine the saleable nature of the goods. The date on which the exchange goods have been booked by the customer with a reputed courier company shall be called the ‘return date’. Such ‘return date’ must fall within 3 days of the ‘date of receipt’. The company shall dispatch the exchange piece (s) within 3 business days of ‘date of returns receipt’ of the returned goods on ‘To Pay’ basis.
